We have a choice of three lovely eco-friendly soft toys to choose from - a collie dog, a seal and a highland cow. Each animal was specially chosen to represent the animals we care for: domestic, wildlife and farm.
If you would rather not have a toy included in your welcome pack, that's fine too! Just select the 'no toy' option when you sign up. Please note if you don't include a toy, your welcome pack will come in the same size box. This is to help us keep costs down.
We will get your welcome pack sent out as quickly as we can!
We aim to get your pack to you within 10 days, but do ask that you to allow for up to 14 days for delivery. We are unfortunately unable to offer any fast-track delivery services or book deliveries for a specific date, this includes the festive period.
