Help an animal in need
If you are concerned about the welfare of an animal or wildlife, then you're in the right place.
But, before you pick up the phone, we receive thousands of calls every single week, and often these calls can be for animals that don't actually need our help.
To ensure that we are available for those animals that do need our help, please choose from the options below before you call us.
