Feta is a lovely little Syrian hamster now looking for his forever home.

Feta absolutely loves to burrow in his deep bedding and gnaw on his enrichment sprays. He can be quite nervous so will need a new owner who can give him the time and patience he needs to build his confidence.

Feta will require a suitable, secure enclosure that is a minimum of 100 x 50 x 50 cm. He would prefer an enclosure with no bars as he does like to chew. Hamsters can travel a long way in the wild so it is important they have plenty of space to roam and explore to keep them happy and healthy.

He will require different substrates in the enclosure, such as sand and coco coir. He will also require a large wheel to keep him moving and plenty of hides, including a multi-chamber hide.

It is important to remember that hamsters are crepuscular so they tend to come out at more unsociable hours.
