Welcome to The Scottish SPCA Survey 2025, an opportunity to share your views and help shape the future of our charity.
At this time, we feel it’s important to pause, reflect and ask questions to the people who matter most to our charity – that’s you.
The economic climate has become increasingly difficult for everyone and we see the challenges people are facing every day. In 2024, we experienced a 24% increase in owners calling our helpline to unwillingly give up their pet and we would like to do everything we can to ensure we can keep them together. The services we provide and the choices we make are so important.
Listening to your thoughts and feedback is a critical part of that journey. We want to make the right decisions, deliver the right services and make sure you understand how your donations make a positive difference to lives of others.
The future of our charity depends on the kindness and generosity of the people of Scotland. Whether you’ve donated, adopted or have never experienced any of our services, we would like hear from you.
