Poppy is ready to find her forever home!

Poppy is a pretty little Syrian hamster who loves to burrow deep into her bedding. She is friendly but still needs to get used to being handled.

Poppy will require a secure enclosure which is big enough for her to express natural behaviours. The enclosure should be filled with lots of interesting enrichment to keep her happy and entertained.

Poppy could live with children who are used to being around hamsters, however her adopter should be aware that hamsters are crepuscular and tend to come out at more unsociable hours, meaning they aren't always the best pet for children.
